  • Set a fixed combo price. No actual discount needed, just perceived value.
  • Use revenue classes to track combo sales separately from a la carte.
  • In SkyTab: create the combo as a single menu item with its own revenue class and department.

Manager > Settings > Menu > Items

Set the item name, revenue class, department, and combo price. Assign it to the right menu category.

Manager > Settings > Menu > Modifier Sets

Create modifier sets for upgrades and add-ons. Assign price adjustments. Set display order and max selections.

Set course assignments

Item > Course Assignment

Assign courses (Appetizer, Entree, Dessert, Salad) so combo components fire to the kitchen in sequence.

Schedule with Dynamic Pricing

Manager > Dynamic Pricing

Schedule combo prices by time of day (happy hour combos, weekend specials). Control availability by location or date.
